This policy explains what information Bashnya Tech collects when you visit this website or engage us for infrastructure work, and how that information is handled.

Information we collect

Server logs record the requested URL, timestamp, response code and a truncated IP address. These entries are retained for 30 days and used solely to diagnose availability problems. If you contact us by email, we keep the correspondence for as long as the engagement is active.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and embeds no third-party analytics, advertising or social widgets. Nothing is loaded from an external origin.

Client data

Where an engagement gives us access to a client system, access is granted per named engineer, scoped to the agreed environments, revoked at project close, and covered by the confidentiality terms of the signed contract. We do not copy client production data to our own systems.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the correspondence we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to privacy@bashnyatech.ru. We respond within 30 days.
